(01) Forecast

A forecast that shows its range, not just its guess.

Headroom learns from two years of your actuals, then draws the next thirteen weeks as a range. Narrow where it’s sure, wide where it isn’t, on the same scale every morning.

01 · History

Thirteen weeks of what actually happened.

Every statement line from every bank, matched to the ledger and sorted into receipts, payroll, suppliers, tax and debt. No upload, no spreadsheet.

02 · Forecast

Then the next thirteen, as a range.

The line is the median. The band is where eight outcomes in ten land, from P10 to P90. It widens with time, because the future does.

03 · Scenarios

Base, Upside, Stress. One click.

Stress assumes your five largest customers pay 21 days late and EUR/USD moves 6 %. The cone redraws in under a second, and so does the low point.

04 · Drivers

And it tells you why.

Payroll on the 28th. VAT on 5 Dec. The RCF repayment on 8 Dec. Each driver sits on the curve with its amount, so every dip has a name.

(02) Every account

Fourteen accounts, six currencies, one number by 9 a.m.

Headroom reads every balance at 06:00 CET, converts at the ECB fixing and rolls it into one group position. Move money between accounts and the total doesn’t flinch. It shouldn’t.

Why is 9 Dec so low?

↵

Headroom

Three outflows land within five days: Q4 VAT (€6.21M) on 5 Dec, the RCF repayment (€4.12M) on 8 Dec and the interim dividend (€4.77M) on 9 Dec. December receipts also run 4 days late on average. Moving the dividend to 19 Dec keeps you €3.6M above your floor.

(07) Backtest

We publish the misses too. Here’s where the actuals landed.

Every customer can backtest their own forecast: what Headroom said thirteen weeks ago, next to what the bank said this morning.

“

I used to send the board a number on Monday and spend the week explaining it. Now I send the range, and nobody asks me to defend the middle of it.

(09) Assumptions

Questions treasurers ask before the demo.

A-01

Does Headroom move money?

+

No. Headroom prepares payment runs and routes the approvals. Funds move only when your bank releases the batch, after the last signature.

A-02

How accurate is the forecast?

+

It tells you. Every forecast carries its P10–P90 range, and the backtest compares it with what landed, week by week. At thirteen weeks the median error across customers is 2.9 %.

A-03

Which banks and ERPs connect?

+

1,280 banks through host-to-host, EBICS, SWIFT or open banking, and 31 ERPs and treasury systems including NetSuite, SAP, Xero and Sage. If yours is missing, we build the feed.

A-04

How long does setup take?

+

Most groups see their first consolidated position within three days. A forecast you can trust takes about three weeks, once Headroom has learned how you pay and get paid.

A-05

What does the AI see?

+

Your ledger, your statements and the notes you add. It answers from your data, cites its sources and never trains shared models on it.

A-06

Can we keep our spreadsheet?

+

Yes. Export any forecast to Excel with live formulas, or import your current model as the starting scenario.

A-07

Where is our data hosted?

+

Frankfurt by default, London on request. Bank access is read-only until you switch payments on. Certifications named on this site are demo content: replace them with your own.

Find your low point before it finds you.

Bring one bank export. In thirty minutes we’ll show you your group position, your next thirteen weeks and how much room you really have.
