Why price by horizon and not by seat?

Because the value is in how far ahead you can see, not in how many people log in. Every plan includes enough editors for a finance team, and viewers are always free.

What counts as an account?

One bank account in one currency. A Commerzbank EUR account and a Commerzbank USD account are two accounts. Card and payment-provider balances count as accounts too.
Q-03
Can we switch plans mid-year?

Yes. Moving up is immediate and prorated. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal, so the horizon you paid for stays available until then.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Nothing is charged automatically. You keep read-only access to the position and the last forecast for 30 days while you decide.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yearly billing costs ten months instead of twelve on Team and Growth. Group contracts are priced per agreement.
