How it connects
Headroom reads Revolut Business accounts through Open Banking account-information access. Each legal entity grants its own consent, which is how the regulation works, and each shows as its own connection with its own expiry date in the settings page. Orvane holds two accounts there, €512,870 and £96,315, mostly used for card spend and smaller supplier payments, and both appear in the group position next to the larger banks. Each account keeps its own minimum.
Balances refresh every four hours. For accounts like these, that is plenty: the forecast cares about the shape of the week, not the minute. Card settlements are grouped by merchant category, so software subscriptions and travel show as steady outflows instead of noise. Expiring consents raise a reminder fourteen days ahead, and a lapsed one is drawn in grey, so a connection never goes quiet without anyone noticing. Fees stay on their own line.
