How it connects
Headroom connects to NetSuite through its REST and SuiteQL interfaces, with a token you create and revoke yourself. Open invoices, vendor bills, payment runs and the subsidiary structure are read every hour and become the expected cash-in and cash-out of the forecast. A role with read-only permissions is enough, and the token’s scope is shown on the Security page next to the date it was issued. Revoking it stops the connection within a minute.
Because the subsidiary tree comes with the data, each NetSuite subsidiary maps to a Headroom entity in one step: Orvane Ltd, Orvane Sp. z o.o. and the rest line up with their base currencies. Overdue receivables are weighted by each customer’s own payment history rather than by a flat rule, and the reasoning is shown in the week-by-week breakdown, so a late payer moves the cone and you can see why.
Set-up in three steps
01
Create a token-based integration role in NetSuite
02
Paste the token in Settings, ERP
03
Confirm the subsidiary-to-entity mapping
