How it connects

Headroom connects to Deutsche Bank through EBICS, the secure channel many German and Swiss corporates already use. You enrol the Headroom key pair with the bank once, and statements in CAMT.053 format are collected after the end-of-day run, ready by 06:00 CET. Orvane GmbH’s euro account at €2,967,105 and the Swiss franc account at CHF 742,600 each keep their own currency, converted only for the consolidated view. Both accounts keep their own minimum balance.

The result is a clean daily position for each entity, with every booking tagged to a cash-flow category. When the matrix shows several legal entities side by side, it highlights the one whose balance will cross its floor first. Because these statements are end-of-day, the intraday line for these accounts is marked as estimated and drawn in a lighter tone, so you always see which part of the position is confirmed.
