How it connects
Headroom connects to Chase accounts through the host-to-host file feed your treasury team has set up with the bank. Prior-day and current-day reporting files are picked up within fifteen minutes of arrival and parsed into balances and transactions, with the account number masked everywhere except the settings page. Orvane’s US operating account, holding $820,330 this morning, appears in the group position with the same timestamp as the bank’s own report.
For a US entity with a concentration account and several zero-balance sub-accounts, Headroom shows the structure as it is: target balances, the sweeps that ran and the closing position across the lot. The forecast starts from that number, not from a spreadsheet copy of it. Files that arrive twice change nothing, and a file from an unknown account waits in a review queue with a clear reason. Wire and ACH movements are labelled apart.
Set-up in three steps
01
Ask your bank to add Headroom as a file destination
02
Upload one sample file to confirm the format
03
Map the account structure to your US entity
