Wise Business

Headroom reads Wise Business accounts through the account-information access the provider makes available, with consent approved by an account owner. Each currency balance is read as its own line, refreshed every hour. For Orvane Group, that means €261,032 held for the French office, PLN 3,215,480 for Orvane Sp. z o.o. and SEK 4,102,300 for the Swedish sales team, all in the same matrix and converted at the fixing you chose.

Multi-currency accounts are where small balances drift below their floor unnoticed. A rule such as “below €300,000 on the euro balance within five days” raises an alert and proposes an internal transfer from a better-funded account, which then follows the same approval chain as any other payment. Headroom reads and proposes; the transfer itself is still released from your Wise account, by the people who hold that right. Conversions between balances are shown as pairs.
