How it connects

Headroom reads Sage Intacct through its web services, with a dedicated read-only user you create in your own company. Sales ledger, purchase ledger and the next scheduled payment runs are read every four hours and become the expected movements for each entity. Groups that still keep a smaller company on Sage 50 can add it through a scheduled export, and both feed the same forecast. Each entity shows the time of its last read.

The import checks every ledger against the bank: an invoice marked paid in Sage with no matching bank line is flagged for review and left out of the received cash until it appears. Forecasts that quietly assume money has arrived are how the floor gets crossed. Multi-entity structures map one to one, so each Intacct entity, from Orvane SA to Orvane Ltd, keeps its own currency and its own minimum balance.
