Some board packs still start in a spreadsheet, and Headroom does not ask you to change that. Through a Google grant approved by the sheet’s owner, Headroom writes the group position, the account matrix and the week-by-week forecast to a sheet you choose, every morning at 06:00 CET. Each export goes to its own tab with the date in the name, so last Monday’s numbers are never overwritten by this Monday’s.

The export is one-way. Headroom writes to the sheet and never reads from it, so a formula someone changes on a Friday cannot move the forecast. Columns follow a fixed layout, with amounts in their own currency and in euros, which keeps your own formulas stable. Revoking the grant from your Google account stops the export at once. The last successful export time is shown on the Exports page, and a failed export raises an alert instead of leaving yesterday’s numbers in place.
