SAP payment proposals feed the forecast
Payment proposals from SAP now enter the forecast before the bank file exists.
Headroom now reads payment proposals from SAP S/4HANA through OData and from ECC through a scheduled export. A proposal that your payables team prepares on Wednesday appears in the forecast on Wednesday, not on Friday when the bank file is created.
If the proposal changes, the forecast changes with it, and the week-by-week breakdown lists the invoices that moved. The connection is read-only. Nothing is posted back to SAP.
This release also adds a mapping check: before the first import, Headroom compares the company codes in SAP with the entities in Headroom and flags any mismatch.
